Private Apartment - Schloss Park Residences - Austria

This 150sqm apartment is located on a beautiful mountain lake. I wanted to turn the flat into an ultra modern space to complement the architecture of the surrounding buildings.
I used the latest products on the market, so I was able to find some amazing new lighting technologies, which I implemented in many parts of the flat. Fibre Optic Swarovski lit crystal bulbs to create a starry night sky in the main entrance with precise constellations of the clients star sign. Custom built skirtings with integrated LED lights. I dropped the ceilings to fit the air-conditioning units, which I used to add more strip lights to highlight the spaces and give an ambient softer light fall as apposed to the traditional stop lighting. Bisazza mosaic tiling from Italy gave a very elegant finish to all the bathrooms and I also used them to create an eye catching entrance floor feature. The final touches were added by using state of the art bathroom taps which were electrically powered by motion sensors with built in LED lights.
This project was an amazing opportunity to work with the newest innovative technologies at the time. The client was very happy with the final results.
