Purtscheller Strasse - Villach - Austria
This is a building that I bought in 2015 which I then renovated and then sold to a tech company in 2016. The building was built in 1997 by a family who lived in the upstairs and ran their sun-protection business in the downstairs. This project involved removing the existing exhibition setups downstairs and the living spaces in the upstairs floor.
Additionally I converted the ground floor garage into additional shop floor space which doubled the usable space. I installed underfloor heating with tiled flooring in the entire downstairs with robust wood effect tiles. The garage doors were replaced with new windows and doors. The upstairs living space was also converted by removing bathrooms and kitchen features and refurbishing all the wooden floors.
